CG990 water-based drier

Product Features:

Product Usage:
Suitable for water-based self-drying resin systems that can be oxidized and polymerized to dry, such as water-based alkyd resin, water-based epoxy ester, etc.

Instructions:
CG990 can be added at any stage. When adding this product during the paint mixing stage, please add it under stirring. Appropriately increasing the stirring speed can better help the drier to disperse evenly. The recommended addition amount is 2-3% of the resin solid content. The actual optimal addition amount needs to be determined through experiments. When using pigments with high oil absorption such as carbon black, the dosage needs to be increased appropriately. CG990 is a composite drier that contains a variety of metals. It is not recommended to add other metal driers. This product has low viscosity and can be added directly; if dilution is required, it is recommended to add a small amount of water to dilute it.

Storage conditions:
Store at 5-35℃, pay attention to anti-freeze during winter transportation. As long as the packaging barrel is effectively sealed, the validity period is one year.
