S697 rheology additive

Product Features:

S697 is a highly selected and processed pure inorganic montmorillonite soil, which has excellent viscosity performance in emulsion and water-soluble systems and does not cause coarse precipitation. It has good thickening properties, excellent sagging resistance, prevents hard sedimentation, and has excellent water dispersibility. It has good heat storage stability and is suitable for a wide range of pH values.

Instructions:

1. It is recommended to add it during the grinding or beating stage, and then add it to other dispersed phases. S697 can exert its superior rheological properties only after it is fully hydrated. It is required to disperse S697 in water until it becomes gelatinous (the time should not be less than 15 minutes)
2. It can also be dispersed in water at high speed to prepare 3-5% pre-gel for later use.

Recommended dosage:

Generally, it is 0.3-1% of the overall dosage of the formula.

Storage conditions:
Store under dry conditions. As long as the packaging bag is effectively sealed, it will be valid for two years.
