Product Features:

It is composed of a variety of organic chelates and a small amount of inorganic salts. Although it is water-soluble, it can complex and react with the surface of the metal substrate during the drying process of the paint film, and can be converted into a non-water-soluble chelate; it prevents the ionization of iron and forms anionic passivation after the paint film dries. Chemical film, long-term protection of the substrate to prevent the occurrence of flash rust and provide corrosion inhibition of the dry film.

Preventing the formation of "flash rust" in water-based coatings can effectively solve the problem of flash rust that easily occurs on metal substrates such as carbon steel, cast iron and submerged arc welds, without affecting the water resistance of the coating.

H266 can be used in various types of water-based coating systems: alkyd, acrylic, epoxy and polyurethane coating systems. It can also be used as a temporary anti-corrosion inhibitor on metal surfaces: spraying an aqueous solution containing 2% H266 on the metal surface can prevent early corrosion of the metal. It is recommended that H266 be added during the paint mixing stage of paint production. For some sensitive systems, it can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4. For epoxy, it is recommended to add an amine component. The addition amount of this product is determined according to the different metal substrates that need to be painted with water-based anti-rust paint: if ordinary steel is painted, the recommended addition amount is 0.5%~1% of the total formula. If you want to inhibit flash rust of sandblasted iron, cast iron, and submerged arc welding base materials, the recommended addition amount is 1%~2%. If drying occurs under humid conditions, the addition amount needs to be increased as appropriate. The accurate addition amount and usage method should pass the test.

Storage conditions:

Store at 5-35℃, pay attention to anti-freeze during winter transportation. As long as the packaging barrel is effectively sealed, the validity period is one year.
